NHS App: Information for Patients
NHS England notified us last night that some patients may experience difficulty accessing the NHS App via their mobile phone if they are running iOS 12 or Android 6 or android 7. If you experience difficulties we have been informed that you can still access your NHS App account via their web browser.
There have been in-App messages to users of the above since May 2024 to inform you to update your device where possible or access the NHS App via a web browser.
To confirm the NHS App only supports devices with an Android version of 8 and above (with a front facing camera) or Apple iOS version 15 and above
Additional help can be found on the NHS website
