Workshops and Support Sessions for young people and their families

These sessions will take place once a month and focus on different ways that we can support young people in our community who are struggling with their mental health.

The sessions are designed to be totally flexible to meet the needs of each individual.  Sessions take place in school hours, but are supported by all Tile Hill based schools in order to facilitate attendance.  Young people currently not in education are also invited to attend.  Parents can attend for the whole session, or just the family support session at the end.
