Non-clinical crisis intervention support that helps to give back control and stabilises thoughts and actions, preventing deterioration.

Supporting adults aged 16+ seven evenings a week, from 6pm to 11pm.
Light activities, face-to-face, one-to-one, group and peer sessions, signposting, and coping and self-care strategies.
