How it works

1. Submit your query via our secure online system via our website between 8am and 5pm
2. Relax while we review it
3. Receive a prompt reply from one of the doctors

From the Home screen, choose the option 'BOOK AN APPOINTMENT' and then click the 'CONTACTING YOUR GP PRACTICE USING ACCURX' tile – Choose the 'SUBMIT NEW REQUEST' button.
